StanV, a.k.a. Stijn Vermeulen, is a trance producer based in Belgium with an innovative style that blends a modern sensibility with traces of the melodic and atmospheric trance of the early 2000s. He has released tracks on labels such as A State of Trance, Enhanced Progressive and High Contrast Recordings, with support from big-hitters like Tiësto, Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond. StanV has gained a lot of ground in his career over the last couple of years. A 90s kid, StanV came up on music from Tiësto, back when he was still called DJ Tiësto.
