Beau Askew

Growing up amongst the pine trees of the Sierra Foothills, poetry was one of Beau’s earliest forms of artistic expression. Initially connecting to music through guitar, piano, dance and the drums, he started writing songs with a vision to share his optimistic view of the world. His songs combine Indie-Folk and Midwest Emo with a touch of electronic instrumentation. Beau's intimate vocal timbre and deep-rooted rhythmic background remain consistent through the evolution of sound. His debut album “Rose Gold” takes the listener on a vast listening experience featuring lush strings, live drums, synthesizers and electronic samples. beauaskew.com
