Addict. Advocate. Author. Artist. That's me! I've been a recording artist, actor and writer for a couple of years now. Before that, I was a raging alcoholic and addict. Before that, I was growing up in New Zealand and London to the soundtrack of 90s and 00s hip-hop and R&B. The sum total of all of this, is my debut solo album Lost Boy. For an independent artist on his first go-round, I'm happy with how it worked out. I released the moody midtempo 'Bottle Down' as the first single and followed it up with my own personal theme song, 'Trip The Alarm', which would later hit a bunch of R&B iTunes charts, including #1 in South Africa. If you're into ballads, check out 'How I Got Over', 'HELL.O.V.E.' and 'Voices...' and if you prefer uptempos, go for 'Mess With My Cool', 'Girl With The Same Name', and '#NeverGrowUp'. It's all good shit, really. Oh, yeah. Lost Boy is also a novel. It's pretty cool, if supernatural mystery thrillers are your thing. The chapters are named after the songs on the album and the lyrics appear throughout the book. How many of your favourite label artists can claim they've done that? I'm just getting started, too.
