Biography & Metadata

Aaron Frazer first gained recognition as the co-lead vocalist and drummer of Durand Jones & the Indications and has since released two solo albums - his 2021 debut Introducing… and 2024’s Into the Blue, which saw him expand into a broader, bolder sound. Now, with Corners, the Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist returns with a collection of songs that embraces the joy of making music for its own sake. Written and recorded between tours over the past year, the EP grew from Frazer's desire to make music with the friends, peers and collaborators he's come to admire throughout his career. Featuring contributions from Tommy Brenneck, Mayer Hawthorne, Anthony Masino, Gabe Roth, Kelly Finnegan, Blake Rhein, and Cold Diamond & Mink. Frazer says the project was,"a joy to make with no pressure, or timing it around a grand tour, with no goal other than to make songs I love with people I love." Warmth runs throughout Corners, with Frazer hoping these songs "sit side by side next to your favorite soul songs, both new and old, standard and obscure, at car shows, cookouts, in bedrooms, on dance floors, late nights and slow mornings.”
