NICK NAGURSKI

Nick Nagurski is a Houston-based singer-songwriter originally from northern Minnesota, creating emotionally rich pop about memory, longing, and the quiet reinvention that comes with midlife. A gay dad of two and former teacher, Nagurski returned to songwriting after years devoted to family, bringing a deeper sense of perspective, patience, and emotional clarity to his work. Raised in church music and shaped by the power of voice to move a room, his songs blend intimate piano-driven writing with layered harmonies and cinematic production. Influenced by the emotional storytelling of artists like Celine Dion and Sarah McLachlan, Nagurski writes music that favors metaphor over autobiography, inviting listeners to find their own meaning inside the sound. His growing catalog reflects a simple philosophy: keep showing up, let momentum compound, and create music that reminds people they are not alone.
