Biography & Metadata

Rudy Raw is a producer from Munich who is deeply immersed in both the German and international lofi beats scenes. He has been creating beats for over 10 years and performed live in various venues in his hometown and the surrounding area. Since he is also enthusiastic in skateboarding, he attended several Skateboard DBC contests as DJ. Rudy currently works in his home studio and already collaborated with various artists, such as: Tom Doolie, L.Dre, Phlocalyst, Sátyr, LESKY, Midan, Living Room, DYVN, SP-Mato, mädmäx, yosev. He has released music through numerous labels such as: PLYGRND, CASUAL LOW GRIND, MUTOMBO RECORDS, OKWOW, HIP DOZER, WE RUN THIS, CHILL BETTER DAILY and many others. With his track "Ice Cubes" he was on the "Backspin That Shit" playlist cover. His studio equipment list includes: An Apple M1 Mac mini, an Akai MPC Live 2 Retro Edition, Ableton Live 11, a SP-404 SX, a Yamaha PSR-6000, and a M-Audio Hammer 88. Rudy’s passions are analog photography (favorite film: Kodak Gold 200) and his vinyl records collection. He loves reading books like Robert Winter's "Prod. by" and "Dilla Time" by Dan Charnas.
