Elnur Huseynov

Elnur Huseynov has always been hyper-active and inquisitive since childhood, finding the arts fascinating, and choosing music as his primary means of self-expression. He won his first music contest, Sing Your Song, at the age of 17, and seven years later, became the first performer to represent Azerbaijan at Eurovision, achieving an 8th place finish. Elnur never stopped exploring, taking on the role of Phoebus in the celebrated Notre Dame de Paris and receiving classical jazz vocal lessons from Deborah J Carter herself in Amsterdam. He had the honor of representing Azerbaijan at Eurovision in Vienna, Austria, for the second time in 2015, where he came in 12th. All this occurred after captivating the audience and winning the show O Ses Turkiye, the Turkish version of The Voice. One of Elnur's greatest passions is to give back to nature as much as possible, actively participating in recycling, sustainability, and animal rescue projects. Elnur continues to search for means of expression in various fields, such as jazz, folk, mugham, or electronic music. He is loved in his home country of Azerbaijan, his second home Turkey, and worldwide. His exploration and artistic journey are ongoing.
