It offers light, but high-quality entertainment” (Weltmusik-magazin.de) Ingunn Bjørgo is a composer and an award-winning musician on diatonic and chromatic accordions, a well-known figure on the folk music and accordion scene. She gives concerts, facilitates workshops, and play dance music both in Scandinavia and Europe. Ingunns recordings and compositions has reached a large audience in many countries, and has been used by among others NRK (Norwegian national broadcasting), NDR (Norddeutcher Rundfunk), in a Swedish documentary about Vasaloppet and by the Norwegian artists Helene Bøksle, Trygve Skaug and Gaute Ormåsen. She also contributes on albums by other recording artists.
