Orlando Dees

Orlando Díaz is a singer-songwriter originally from Galicia, Spain. After living and working in Bavaria, playing the drums with different bands, Orlando moved to Berlin for two years to develop his own music before coming to Madrid. In 2016 Orlando recorded his first EP “Los Monstruos del Lago” in Berlin as he started to spread his music in different locations of the german capital. On July 21, 2017, he released his second work “Karlova”, an EP containing three songs with instrumentation. His musical identity starts with a single flamenco guitar and aerial and soft voices, occasionally accompanied with synthesizers and electric guitar. In April 2019 release an EP "Abierto Toda la Noche" recorded and mastered in Madrid. A two songs EP called "Origami" would happen the summer of 2020, when back home from the lock-down in Seattle, and after exceptionally difficult circumstances on a personal level. Currently releasing the singles of his new album "Arcadia", as he makes a life in Washington DC. He hit the stage for the first time in the USA on March 2023 for Sofar Sounds DC.
