Jan William

Jan William is a Danish electronic music producer whose sound moves between Chill, Melodic and Progressive House, with a strong focus on atmosphere and melody. In late 2025, he revisited his musical past with Beyond (Chill House Edit). The original track was produced in the 1990s under his former alias, D-Force, during a period when he was also working as a resident DJ in his hometown. Now three decades later, he reworked it into a new version that reflects the music he creates today. Most of Jan William’s music is released independently, although he has also released music through established labels such as Hathōr, part of Black Hole Recordings. He finds much of his musical inspiration in quiet moments in nature, at local cafés and while vacationing with his family. Alongside producing his own music, he curates playlists featuring some of his favourite artists and tracks from the Chill, Melodic and Organic House scenes. Find out more on janwilliam.dk
