Pope Fiction

Simba, also known as “Pope Fiction” was raised in the streets of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Born in Zimbabwe, flew over when he was just a baby. He found his crave for writing music at the age of 15, but never took it seriously all the way up until 18/19. His main push for starting his music was his friend “whoispdp” who worked with the likes of lil skies, lil yacthy, lil flexico and many more. He was an inspiration to him & a group was formed which is now known as Bandana Klan made up of 7 members. It is a rap collective, a community and most importantly a family. Growing up he listened to a lot of UK artists such as the like of Ghetts, Kano, Skepta and the list goes on. Then later years he developed a fond taste of American artists which are his main preference in his music now. Pope Fiction’s style is definitely unique, as you can see the influence of growing up in UK and being fond of American music so much has affected the way he raps. He is versatile with his flows and will make unexpected songs that’d you’d never think you would ever hear. Pope Fiction from Bandana Klan is still on the rise and soon to be moving up the ladder in the music game very soon a long with his collective. “No-one ever told me it was gonna be this hard, but what do you expect me to do?
