Who's to Say?

Just two kids from Hawaii writing sad music to make you feel better…. Members include Lead Vocalist and Writer Isaiah Pavao-Daly and Guitarist/Writer Chase Taylor. Isaiah and Chase met in 2015 when chase was asked to be a guitar player in Isaiah's former band "A Way Out". After creative differences Chase left the band and "A Way Out' continued. It wasn't until 2018 When Isaiah decided to leave his home state of Hawai'i, move to Portland, Oregon and post that he was sad and had decided to leave his music behind and start a new chapter of his life. Little did he know that his old friend and bandmate Chase had also moved to Portland just 2 days before he did. Chase sent Isaiah a bunch of instrumentals that he had wrote to pass the time on the flight to Portland and Isaiah decided to write to them... Who's to Say? was born.
