Benks Ez Boy

Kemar Harrison, professionally known as Benks Ez Boy, is a Jamaican Reggae and Dancehall artist, songwriter, vocalist, and producer from Islington, St. Mary, Jamaica. Influenced by Bounty Killer and Buju Banton, Benks developed his musical foundation through the church as lead singer of the Lincoln Kirk United Church choir and co-founder of Young Soldiers for Christ. His transition into Reggae and Dancehall gained momentum in 2017 with radio attention for “We A Hold A Vibes.” He went on to build recognition through original music, creative remixes, and relatable storytelling, including “Hot Dalla,” inspired by his experience as a minibus conductor. His catalog includes “Can’t Stop Me,” “Lonely,” “Change It” featuring Deeno Jay, “Believe In You,” “Day One,” “One Link,” “Forgive Me,” “Unstoppable” featuring Vandal, and “Di Grind.” Through EZBOY ENTERTAINMENT, Benks continues to develop his music and creative vision. In 2026, he released Happi-Nest Riddim, a Dancehall project featuring multiple artists and distributed by ONErpm. Benks now enters his next chapter with “Badmind,” released September 4, 2026. Combining distinctive Dancehall energy with themes of resilience, ambition, and overcoming negativity, the single marks another step in his evolution as an independent Jamaican artist.
