Alana Sinkëy

Alana Sinkëy was born in Lisbon, on 1990. This young singer and songwriter, is originally from Bissau, was raised in Portugal and has stablished in Spain. As the lead singer and composer of the Madrid based soul band Cosmosoul, she toured the world in promotion of their 3 released albums. Despite of her short age, Alana has developed a very interesting career in a great variety of styles and genres. Today Sinkey is a tremendously accomplished performer that has worked with Cosmosoul, Patax, Jorge Pardo, Daniel García, Eva Yerbabuena, Miguel Poveda, Manecas Costa, Shakira among many others but the most remarkable is her strong musical identity and capacity to tell stories with her magical, almost spell casting voice.
