Ellen Marconi

I am a 68 year old, novice songwriter. I loved music before I could speak complete sentences; every genre. My first records were of Nat King Cole and Steve Lawrence. Became a diehard theatre kid when I heard @BarbraStreisand and Julie Andrews sing. I heard @TheBeatles, @JudyCollins, @JoanBaez. Then...I heard @LindaRonstadt and I knew what I wanted to do. My favorite lyricist is @MaryChapinCarpenter. She's a master poet who paints a picture that scrolls in your mind. I have sung for many years, but found that I have something to say. I am living my best life and still reaching for the stars. I'm not looking to be famous - I want to touch people and inspire people with my songs. It's never too late!!
