Biography & Metadata
Brit Drozda (pronounced Drah-zda) is a Palm Beach, Florida-based singer-songwriter whose soulful vocals and vulnerable storytelling blend pop, folk-rock, and acoustic warmth. Drawing inspiration from artists including Brandi Carlile, Norah Jones, Florence + the Machine, Sheryl Crow, and Alanis Morissette, Drozda writes melodic, emotionally honest songs rooted in the complexities of human connection. A lifelong musician who began playing classical piano in childhood, Drozda has released several solo projects while continually evolving her sound through collaboration. Her music has been featured in the sports documentary Valiant and as the theme for the What We Wore podcast. She has also worked with Grammy-winning producer Scott Jacoby (Coldplay, Vampire Weekend, Sia), whose production helped shape the acoustic warmth and electronic textures of her 2019 EP, Seashells & Stories. At the heart of Drozda's work is a belief in songwriting as a means of expressing what is difficult to say any other way.
