Ian Robert

Starting his life-changing path into music at the age of 12, Ian Robert first started out playing guitar before switching to creating his own Electronic Dance Music in 2014 - becoming obsessed with its euphoric sounds, addicting basslines, and uplifting melodies. It didn’t take long for the half-Dutch half-Scottish producer to connect with his Dutch cultural roots and become infinitely inspired by Dutch EDM royalty like Tiësto, Hardwell, and Martin Garrix. Ian expresses his creativity through more than just Electronic music however. Developing a great love for Hip-hop throughout his teenage years, Ian has been able to diversify his musical abilities through collaborations with artists like sbk, Chachy, and BBC Scottish Act of The Year 2022 winner Bemz. Alongside his collaborations, Ian continues to independently release his high energy tracks - gathering radio plays across the UK and over 3 million streams on Spotify alone - establishing himself as a gifted producer and the "potential king of Scottish EDM" (BBC Introducing). After more than 10 years of making music, we saw Ian release his long-awaited debut EP titled ‘Am I Home Yet?’ in September 2025 - an independent project that dives deeper into his story as an artist whilst showcasing his undeniable versatility in Electronic music.
