Biography & Metadata

When Pete Townshend described Angel Vivaldi as one of his favorite modern guitarists, it affirmed what audiences around the world have recognized for more than two decades: extraordinary technique matters most when it serves memorable music. Launching his solo career in 2003, Vivaldi has become one of the most respected guitarists of his generation. From progressive metal and fusion to Latin jazz, funk, and acoustic composition, his ever evolving catalog has amassed hundreds of millions of streams while earning a reputation for musical depth, cinematic storytelling, and fearless creativity. His acclaimed releases include Universal Language (2010), Synapse (2017), and Away With Words, Part 2 (2023), each expanding the boundaries of instrumental music through immersive concepts and cinematic world building. Beyond music, his work unites composition, film, and design into complete artistic experiences. Throughout his career, Vivaldi has collaborated and performed with members of Deep Purple, Ozzy Osbourne, Megadeth, All That Remains, Mastodon and Bad Wolves. In 2025, he joined the Steve Morse Band while continuing to build his career as a self managed independent artist.
