Vxbes

Vxbes is the moniker of Puerto Rican producer, artist, and nature photographer Reuben Diaz. Blending ambient textures with chill, genre-blurring elements, Vxbes creates immersive soundscapes designed for introspection, calm, and escape. His music exists somewhere between ambient, lo-fi, and experimental, combining evolving textures, organic field recordings, and spacious atmospheres. Previously releasing music as LN Vxbes, Reuben began developing his sound through early ambient experimentation before evolving into the Vxbes project. Releases such as petrichor, Ebb and Flow, Nefelibata, the light flickers through the cracks, and Horizons reflect his ongoing exploration of peaceful, ethereal, and increasingly introspective sound. Inspired by nature both visually and sonically, Vxbes incorporates sounds from his surroundings into his music, creating a connection between the auditory and visual worlds. His work is ultimately about creating a space to slow down, feel, and drift.
