Sumner Stroh

Sumner Stroh is a Texas-born singer and songwriter, and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. After years of denial, doubt, and pushing music away, she reached a point where ignoring it no longer felt possible. Her new single “Miss America” marks the start of her most authentic and bold artistry yet. Created closely with producer MUZA, the song introduces a sound built around cinematic production, hip-hop drums and bass, catchy pop melodies, experimental synth riffs, bold lyric choices, and a commanding vocal presence. Sumner writes, toplines, and composes her lyrics and vocals, shaping songs that feel like full journeys rather than formulaic pop records. Her music is catchy, but not calculated around what she thinks people want to hear. It comes from instinct first: the sounds she loves, the lyrics she means, and an undeniable vocal presence rooted in emotional resonance. With “Miss America,” Sumner steps into a sound that feels big, emotional, direct, and ahead of the curve. The creative process behind each release can be seen on her YouTube docuseries, beginning with “Miss America.”
