Biography & Metadata
Brian Tonart is a genre-blending musician whose journey is as rich and raw as his music. Hailing from northeastern Pennsylvania, Brian grew up steeped in the blues tradition, playing with legends like Billy Boy Arnold and Bo Diddley. As well as the Aron Burton Blues Band, Kenny "Beedy Eyes" Smith, and Shirley Lewis (The Regal Queen of the Blues) . His music channels both humor and heartfelt frustration, born from a life of peaks and valleys. After years battling addiction, he found salvation in music—transforming his darkest moments into a soulful light.
