After her grandmother’s passing, a young Samaria spiraled into depression, nearly dropping out of high school. She found an outlet in songwriting, pouring her emotions into originals and a viral Drake remix on SoundCloud. In search of a fresh start, she moved to Hawaii, where she found solace in the ocean.
