Aku Jeje

Aku Jeje is a singer-songwriter and storyteller who breathes new life into the delicate space between nostalgia and modern introspection. After capturing millions of hearts with his viral cinematic reimagining of "Lihat Kebunku (Taman Bunga)" and the soulful sequel "Melati," Jeje continues to expand his "Garden of the Heart" with a more sophisticated, rhythmic evolution. His latest single, "Maria," marks a transition into a vibrant Samba-Jazz soundscape—a "tropical-noir" anthem that explores the bittersweet beauty of a love that is breathtakingly temporary. With his signature "whisper-close" vocals and a gift for blending Brazilian rhythms with jazz harmonies, Aku Jeje invites listeners into a world where every melody feels like a shared secret. Catch his debut performance of "Maria" and more as he takes the stage at Java Jazz Festival 2026.
