Biography & Metadata
Color of noise is an artist, producer, recording engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. He wrote this album as a form of therapy due to being dragged to hell and back by a con artist he was in a relationship with. This ordeal went on for years and after 21 court appearances, Bruce decided to use his microphone as therapy. The album was recorded in a tiny home in the Malibu mountains except for drums and vocals which were recorded at Native South Studios. He slept in this tiny home after becoming homeless during this battle. He bought an old boat and converted it into a creative space and recording studio where he mixed the album. “Floating on water and mixing an album about this process was the ultimate therapy and closure to the album,” says Bruce. The healing he went through transcended anything he could’ve done with a traditional therapist. “Tinder Swindler ain’t got shit on this,” states Bruce.
