Wes Anderson

We’re all just familiar strangers. For Wes Anderson, that idea sits at the heart of his next chapter. Beginning in fall 2026, Anderson is rolling out a new series of singles leading into Familiar Strangers - an EP built around collaboration and fusing genres into a familiar, yet fresh sound. The project reunites Anderson with artists who have helped shape his sound in the past, while bringing a few new voices into the fold. Familiar Strangers features collaborations with Trey Miller, Benji Webbe of Skindred, Hyro The Hero, ¡MAYDAY!, and more. Blurring the lines between alternative rap rock, punk, metal, and reggae-rock, the EP continues Anderson’s refusal to stay in one lane while bringing together a cast of artists from different corners of his musical world. Some are old friends. Some are new. By the end, they’re all Familiar Strangers.
