Thio's music fits into the context of electronic pop influenced by various experimentations attributable to alternative rock, chill-pop, lo-fi. In her vision, music is a totally free dimension in which one can go through a continuous metamorphosis without the fear of appearing inconsistent. "I have often been accused of not knowing who I am because of the choices I made over time, from the way that I dressed to the passions I had. I have been judged “inconsistent” even just for the music I used to listen to. Well I think this is precisely what I'm most proud of: I run myself through thousands lives because I find thousands of opportunities to be amazed by, and my music is the way I tell this to people.”
