Biography & Metadata
From the production mastermind Leroy "Precise" Edwards (who has also helped out Mystikal and Black Menace), New Orleans' Partners-N-Crime debuted with the 1996 LP PNC 3. The group followed one year later with Whatcha Wanna Do?, and issued their third album, We Be Houndn, in 1999. ~ John Bush, Rovi
