Uxban

Uxban (born April 6, 2010), pronounced as "Urban" is a rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer from Hamilton, New Zealand. He began making music in 2022 under the name Blakeotaylor Music before rebranding to Uxban, marking a shift toward a darker, more polished sound. Since then, Uxban has built a growing catalog of music that blends atmospheric trap production, melodic vocals, and introspective songwriting. His early project More Than Days + introduced tracks such as "Billie," "Fried," and "15," helping define his style. After releasing his debut album UX in 2025, Uxban continued to evolve with his second album, UXTRA while becoming increasingly active as a producer for other artists. His standout single, "I Ain't Shit," (from the album UX) became his biggest release to date and his first song to surpass 1,000 streams, marking a major milestone in his career. Still only in his teens, Uxban continues to develop his sound through honest songwriting, self-produced records, and consistent releases, carving out his own lane in New Zealand's independent music scene.
