Biography & Metadata
Calambre, uno de los grupos más influyentes del rap chileno, se formó en 1994 en Santiago con William Gálvez (William C) y Óscar Manzano (M5D), sumándose en 1997 Juan Pablo Salazar (Epicentro). Su debut en vivo fue en un circo en Puente Alto, y en 1998 lanzaron su primera grabación, Avanza, agotando sus 1.500 copias. En 2004, su disco Pasos les dio reconocimiento internacional con el éxito “Acá”, sonando en MTV y consolidándolos como referentes del hip hop en español. En 2022 fueron homenajeados en los Premios Pulsar y en 2024 regresan con Vuelvas, una relectura del clásico de UPA! junto a Ana Tijoux, adelantando su próximo EP.
