Barely Relevant

WHERE EMOTION MEETS DISTORTION Barely Relevant is a darkly cinematic alternative rock band created and led by Bethany Graham Morton, whose raw emotion, poetic intensity, and unapologetic vulnerability define its sound. All songs are written by Bethany in collaboration with producer Kevin Kerestes, blending haunting melodies, gritty instrumentals, and emotionally charged vocals that explore toxic relationships, self-sabotage, disillusionment, and personal resilience. Lyrics unfold like confessionals — filled with ghosts, storms, burning bridges, and blurred lines between illusion and reality. Known for its evocative visual identity and immersive storytelling, Barely Relevant creates a world where nothing is as it seems and everything is felt deeply. From pulsing heartbeats to whispered breakdowns, each track captures the chaos of holding on, letting go, and the space in between. With singles like Shattered Glass and Haunted, Barely Relevant invites listeners into the wreckage and the aftermath — offering connection through beautifully broken moments, set to a soundtrack of dark, emotionally rich rock.
