Biography & Metadata
Early in the 1980s, Kostas Charitodiplomenos started his musical career. He rose to fame when his song "Lost in the Night" (1984) hit the top of the European charts, especially in the Mediterranean region. His other famous songs and productions are "Set Yourself in Motion/Where Do I Begin" (1986), a collaboration with Mando, "Talk About Love" (1985) by Marianna Efstratiou, and "Fill Me Up" (1985). He produced Polina's hit song "Pame Gia Treles Stis Seychelles" as well as Alexia's debut album in 1987. Following the publication of his self-titled solo album in 1988, Kostas went on to release a number of popular songs, including "Dilemma" from Alexia's second album, "Orkizou," and "Stoichimatizo" (Mando, 1990). He also performed a lot of his own tunes during the 1990s. His hit song "Lost in the Night" was reissued in 2002, which confirmed its enduring popularity.
