Biography & Metadata

Between the years of 2014 and 2024 Luke De-Sciscio recorded seventeen full length albums. These songs, though recorded almost exclusively live, became the tablet upon which he chartered his life. From that vantage point, behind his guitar, De-Sciscio garnered over 10 million streams on Spotify, was invited to support legends such as Yusuf / Cat Stevens and José Feliciano, toured throughout Europe, the UK and America and has, owing largely to the support of Huey Morgan, become a frequent spin on BBC6MUSIC. In March 2024, following the birth of his first child, Luke recorded 'Theo'. Distilling the first six weeks of his daughter's life into an unflinching time capsule that, in his own words, 'epitomised everything I was shooting for with those live recordings'. The album sits amongst the top 50 highest rated of the year on AlbumOfTheYear.org. In 2025, De-Sciscio embarked on The Blur of Dreams, a headlining run of shows that drew a line under the music of this chapter. Accompanying the tour, an album of the same name, was made available to share a collection of loose ends and unreleased songs from across this period. Following the tour, Luke announced that he would be taking an indefinite hiatus to 'honour those who support him and do justice to the power he has seen reflected back in his songs.' As of 2026, Luke De-Sciscio is working on a new album produced by Chris Turpin of MIRADOR and Ida Mae.
