Count The Clock

Count The Clock is an art-pop project whose music is written and arranged by LA-based songwriter and composer Michael Coe. Drawing from a colorful spectrum of influences, from shoegaze to baroque pop to Disney musicals, Count The Clock's continuing aim is to explore the outer limits of pop music: melding sugary sweet melodies with experimental song structures and abstract lyricism. Count The Clock frequently collaborates with a variety of different vocalists; most notably singer and actress Leannie. Elsewhere, Count The Clock also produces films and visuals under the direction of artist Zach Lorkiewicz. Outside of Count The Clock, Michael Coe also acts one of the primary songwriters for the dream pop outfit soft siren.
