With strong influences from the likes of Manic Focus, marvel years, Pretty Lights, Late Night Radio, Daily Bread, and Artifakts, Matt has been shaking things up in the Australian bass music scene and internationally the last couple years. With clean production and frequent guests donning instruments on the sax and vocals, Boydex sets guarantee a dance session for the crowd. A mix of house, bass, funk, and other delightful upbeat bootlegs, the tunes are strongly complimented by whatever surprise live elements Matt may choose to incorporate. 2025 is already marked with releases on several prominent labels such as Junk Food, Bombstrikes, and Diesel Records, and collaborative works a plenty.
