The Bakuucakar

The Bakuucakar is a band formed in 2008, first recognized as the backing band for the late Glenn Fredly. Years of performing together built a strong bond between the musicians, and after Glenn Fredly’s passing, they carried on with their own musical identity. Their debut album, Reformula, marks their presence in the Indonesian music scene and is now available on all digital platforms, along with their latest single, Bakuucakar, a reflection of their journey as a band. Beyond their own work and identity as The Bakuucakar, the band continues to carry forward Glenn Fredly’s musical legacy through "Glenn Fredly Live by The Bakuucakar", a live performance that brings Glenn Fredly’s songs to the stage alongside musicians from different generations and musical backgrounds. Through this concept, The Bakuucakar continues to celebrate and introduce Glenn Fredly’s music to new audiences while keeping his legacy alive through collaboration and performance. Member consist of Rayendra Sunito (Drums), Rifka Rachman Experience (Vocal, Synth, Acoustic Guitar), Andre Dinuth (Guitar), Nicky Manuputty (Saxophone), Bonar Abraham (Bass), Kenna Lango (Keys), and Harry Anggoman (Piano).
