Biography & Metadata
Bailey Pickles is an Australian composer, pianist, arranger and producer, recognised as one of the biggest events composers in the world. He composed and performed the original score for Apple's 50th anniversary at the Sydney Opera House, and was invited back by Apple to perform at Apple Park in Cupertino for the iPhone 18 launch. He has scored Vivid Sydney twice, in 2024 and 2026, with the whole of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge synced to his music. He also wrote some of the music for MrBeast's Beast Games Season 2. Bailey's journey began at ten, when he was selected for the Sydney Conservatorium of Music's Rising Stars Program and studied under composer Carl Vine. That classical foundation sits at the heart of his sound, blended with cinematic orchestration. Online, his gift for playing a song back after hearing it once, and composing melodies on the spot, has earned him over 300 million views and close to two million followers. It has also caught the attention of artists including Hans Zimmer, Joel Corry, Rag'n'Bone Man, James Bay, Dermot Kennedy and Becky Hill. Whether it's a harbour full of light or a single piano, Bailey writes music for when the world is listening.
