Anna Smith

Anna Smith knew from the age of seven that she wanted to become a pop singer – and since then, her life has revolved around everything directly or indirectly related to being an artist. Growing up in a house full of music, with both parents being (classical) professional musicians, it was never a question for her whether music was a realistic career. She saw firsthand how much discipline and practice it takes and started taking singing lessons as well as piano and guitar lessons at an early age. As a teenager, she immersed herself in the social media creator scene, discovered her passion for video production, and built a community with which she shared her journey as an artist. Through these platforms, she not only had the opportunity to perform at the Hallenstadion but also won the Swiss Influencer Award "Talent" in 2019. At the same time, she developed a deep passion for production and songwriting. Since her first releases, she has taken on the recording of her own songs, and she now produces her own music – including "Care Less." Her music revolves around themes like breaking free from unhealthy relationships or friendships and setting healthy boundaries. With each song, she gives her listeners a good dose of self-confidence – especially in moments when it's most needed. In addition to her own music, she holds a Master's degree in Pop Singing from the Zurich University of the Arts and works currently as an Assistant Engineer at the renowned Powerplay Studios in Maur.
