Insomniacks

Insomniacks made their mark on Malaysia’s music scene with their debut single, “Selalu,” in 2018. They later gained nationwide attention with the hit song “Pulang” and have continued to build a strong following ever since. Blending classic rock-star energy with the honest and relatable style of today’s generation, Insomniacks represents a fresh new era of Malaysian bands. They were also among Malaysia’s five most-listened-to artists in 2019 and 2022, with “Pulang” and “Sempurna” becoming the country’s most-streamed tracks in those respective years. In 2023, the band performed as one of the headliners at Konsert Jiwa Kacau, playing to a sold-out crowd of 8,000 people at Stadium Malawati. With more Malay and English music in the works, Insomniacks continues to grow through new releases and live performances.
