Oyku Dogan

Oyku Dogan is an award-winning singer-songwriter, jazz pianist, and composer whose music blends memory, emotion, and a quiet kind of magic. Born in Izmir and now based in Italy, she’s been creating and studying music since the age of five: singing, writing, and playing with a devotion that continues to shape her path. She earned her BA Hons in modern vocal studies from Essex University, then deepened her artistry at the Giuseppe Nicolini Conservatory in Piacenza, where she received a BA in Jazz Piano and trained in classical composition. Her first two self-produced albums, Through the Dark We See the Light and Moontide, along with numerous singles, opened doors to international recognition, earning awards, media attention, and a growing global fanbase. They captured her signature blend of cinematic softness and storytelling depth. Now, Oyku is crafting her most personal body of work yet, centered on family, memory, and the invisible threads that shape our inner world. With a sound both nostalgic and futuristic, her music invites listeners into a space of stillness, beauty, and quiet transformation.
