Biography & Metadata
Matt and JuJu are the sonic alchemy of two Southern California natives who met as kids — a multi-instrumentalist/producer duo weaving Americana-Noir with honeyed vocals and sultry songwriting framed with Lo-fi grooves and dusty trip-hop textures. Rooted in Venice and raised by the energy of backyard shows, beach nights, and the undercurrent of West Coast sound, their music feels like a warm memory, warped and full of strange beauty. For dusk drives, dream loops, and everything that lingers after the last note fades. ig & tiktok: @howlerhoney
