Prompts

Prompts is a hybrid metalcore band based in Tokyo, consisting of Japanese and Korean members. Backed by the diverse roots of their multinational members, Prompts has established a unique style that fuses chaotic, heavy and passionate music with intense performances. Prompts have performed with many domestic and international bands, such as Crossfaith, coldrain, Crystal Lake, Shadows, Knosis, The Plot In You, Alpha Wolf, We Came As Romans and Counterparts. Recent years the band has also been actively engaged in activities outside of Japan. In 2024, Prompts signed with Greyscale Records and embarked on Australian tours twice. And in 2025, Prompts released their single song "Stranger" featuring guest vocalist and co-producer Landon Tewers of The Plot In You. Prompts will release their brand new single "Deceiver" on Oct 14th 2025.
