Steve.Artchild

South African DJ and producer Steve.Artchild has become one of the most disseminated names in town. and his music is quickly picked up by his fans with his completely unorthodox soulful, and jazzy take on the amapiano genre. Formerly known as Steve Thabiso Ngobeni, Born and raised in Alexandra, a northern township of Johannesburg. He developed a passion for music at a young age. As a young man, he would listen to a lot music of as his father would collect a lot of DVD’s and was also a bass guitar player in one of the local bands; he decided to devote himself to a career in music in late 2018, and since then he caused a stir and he has worked with the likes of Bandros, 2 Disruptive, Beyond Music, ReaDaSoul, Mzu M, Rams de Violinist, Alex Avenues and Teraphonique. Art.child sets release his debut solo EP in the year 2025
