Ever since I was young I was always more interested with what I could create on the piano rather than learn from books! Don't get me wrong, I've learnt my fair share of great pieces of music and gained many inspirations along the way, being drawn to neo classical music being a major game changer, but I'm always drawn back to creating. Back in 2014 I released a charity album for a family friend who passed away with germ cell cancer. I enjoyed sharing these tunes with people so created another charity album 2 years later for a local hospice. I only wish I had spent more time on how to make better recordings but you learn these along the way I guess. Then my wife and I started a family and attentions turned to our beautiful daughters. I didn't do much in the way of writing music over the next 5 or so years. With both girls now at school, I've found more time to look back at composing and more importantly trying to go about everything the proper way. In 2022 I started to release my compositions again with a few singles followed by my instrumental album "Third Perspective" which released in November. This mainly featured piano but also had tracks with strings and synths. I decided that I would try and release on a monthly schedule and put out an EP in January with darker, more melancholic tones called "And Then It Went Dark" for solo piano. New music is planned for each month as I want to share as much as I can with you over the coming years. Thanks for reading
