Biography & Metadata

Ruined Conflict was formed in 2011 by music composer Xavier Morales and music producer Eric Holzer. Together, they wanted everyone to see the world from a different perspective, giving birth to their debut album, A.R.M.O.R. Over the years, Ruined Conflict has put forth a steady stream of conceptually driven albums alongside personal and emotional synth-pop. Ruined Conflict has created remixes and featured a wide range of talented acts across the music scene and beyond. As humble, highly motivated individuals, the band hopes to leave behind a lasting legacy—wanting nothing more than to see others succeed and to help the scene continue growing for years to come. Their sound blends elements of futurepop, synth-pop, EBM (electronic body music), industrial, and electro-rock. The instrumentation combines rich industrial layers, atmospheric synth melodies, and modular synthesizers with occasional heavy, alternative industrial rock. The music features strong, lyrically driven vocals that range from melodic harmonies to a more aggressive delivery. At its core, the band's message focuses on personal empowerment and living life to its absolute fullest. Complementing this, their social commentary explores deep, thought-provoking themes relating to politics, religion, humanity, government and war.
