Snowy

Nottingham Grime MC Snowy has established himself as one of the most innovative voices in the UK music scene, pioneering the raw and electrifying sound of Greeze Grime. As the face of Grime Shutdown, Snowy is not just a trailblazer but a key ambassador for the genre. Recognised by Red Bull as a leading East Midlands artist and hailed by Complex UK as "one of the most hard-working MCs outside London," he continues to redefine grime’s boundaries with relentless creativity . Snowy’s global presence has been cemented through international tours, including a standout run with SWAMP81 across Australia and New Zealand, explosive performances at Manchester’s Warehouse Project with Mike Skinner, and appearances at Outlook Festival in Croatia. On the digital front, his YouTube sets, freestyles, and viral Duel Frequency series with Pirate Studios showcase his lyrical agility and enduring appeal . Collaborations with industry heavyweights such as Barclay Crenshaw, Visages, and Jason Williamson of Sleaford Mods highlight his genre-defying versatility. Tracks like "EFFED" and the SIRIUS EP have garnered critical acclaim, including a 9.0 rating from DJ Mag, and playlist spots across platforms like Spotify and Rinse FM. Snowy’s dynamic performances alongside Sir Spyro, Loefah, and Flowdan demonstrate his ability to connect across grime, drum and bass, and electronic music . Whether on stage or in the studio, Snowy represents a new era of Grime.
