Dj Judi

Dj Judi is Eljud Lala, from Borsh, a village on the southern Albanian coast. He started DJing at eleven: pop, funk, rock, techno, whatever the room would take. By 2007 he was on local radio and playing clubs in town. The first records came out in 2012, made with Zeni N and released by Leaf Records. More followed on Three Dot House through 2013. In 2015 he started his own label, Unique Deep, and has released most of his music there since. Fourteen years on he is still making records, and still writing the words himself, in English and in Albanian. "Njëzet Mijë Puthje," "Një Gotë Verë" and "Nën Dritën e Hënës" are deep house sung in his own language. "Real Like This" has passed a million streams. "Addicted," "No Reason," "Pull Up" and "Gravity" came after it. Heavy low end, vocals kept close, not much decoration. New records every few months.
