Billy Lowry

Billy Lowry is lead singer & guitarist for a new Phoenix rock band "OPTIMAL CONFUSION". The full album is OUT NOW! He is also very excited to release a piano/guitar duel titled "Rabbit Hole", under 'Billy Lowry', scheduled for June 2026. Billy released "Found Soul" in March 2026, a collab. w/Samuel Wallace, where he played all of the guitar. Other collabs [from 2025] were with Passive Panic & 4 new tracks were released with Jules Sherwood. Billy also played bass & drums on many Quizboy songs last year. 12 collabs in a little over a year! Since the release of his 2022 debut solo-album, "All The Same Monster", he has had over a million Spotify streams & a million Apple Music streams; plus other streaming sites. On that album, he sang & played everything but the drums. He also sang & played all the instruments [including drums] on all of his latest songs "Nightmares", "The Day After", "Shepherd Boy", & "Marigold". Billy grew up in Seattle & studied music theory & piano at ASU. His genre ranges from alternative-indie to prog-rock pop. He has toured the entire West Coast & elsewhere & has been in a variety of different bands: 'Union Rock’, ‘Nobody's Fault’, 'The Fur Traders', 'Echo Junction'; to name a few. When living in CA, he was lead guitarist & back-up singer for 'The Future?’. Billy enjoys being one of the main mentors for NAS & is also a part of the AMS Music Group.
