Based in New York and shaped by time lived in Los Angeles and Europe, Eric Gray’s career reflects both the message-driven core of hip-hop, r&b/soul and the refined musicality of smooth jazz . Known for his association as Executive Producer of the legendary hip-hop group Poor Righteous Teachers and his contributions to the evolution and spread of hiphop/rap, r&b/soul across independent scenes, Gray brings that same lyrical discipline and musical depth into a more refined, emotionally grounded sound.
