Biography & Metadata
A British composer and producer, primarily known for his work in musicals, he grew up in Jos, Nigeria where he became a self-taught musician and developed a deep understanding of rhythm and melody. Frost released his first solo record at just 16 years old and has since built a diverse and accomplished career working alongside the likes of Boy George, George Clinton, Mark Ronson and many more. Throughout the 1990’s Frost was a session musician as he was well versed across five different instruments and would go from studio to studio in London for recording sessions.
