Yamazaki

The art of expressionism, redefined. Benedek Rakovics, aka Yamazaki, is a sonic alchemist who transforms life’s experiences into music. From classical training to discovering his own sound through a borrowed synthesizer, the Hungarian artist has crafted a genre-blending style influenced by Japanese traditions, Korean music, and global culture. After running a successful IT company for 15 years, he fully embraced his artistic identity—performing in a wolf mask both online and onstage. This persona allows him to push creative boundaries, weaving Hip-Hop, Synthwave, K-Pop, and Electronica into a distinctive hybrid sound. Whether through his early work as Beniwolf, covers on One Shot, or viral social media content, Yamazaki’s audience has grown exponentially. With his debut single Unfolded setting the stage for his upcoming album Katsu, he continues to deliver deeply expressive music that resonates across mind, body, and soul. The next chapter begins—join him on the journey.
